On October 8th and 31st, 1979, Carl killed two women Peggy Pochmara who was 22 years old and Jeanne Clyene who was 44 years old, one strangled and one stabbed, respectfully. On the year of 1980, he killed six women Hazel Connof, Denise Dunmore, Shirley Small, Linda Monteiro, all strangled and Glenda Richmond and REbecca Huff stabbed. As you can observe from the names, these names are common names of women. Carl, as a African American, killed mainly white women since he observed evilness in woman's eyes. He didn't have anything against them, it was just that he felt like he was in need to kill them and he couldn't control himself. He had to kill them in some ways.
